- Provides for a clear understanding of the requirements and expectations of its customers, staff and external providers,
- Supplies the necessary human and infrastructure resources essential to establish, implement, maintain and improve the Company's management system,
- Defines and plans for key activities concerning the provision of certification services in support of the Company's objectives, all in compliance with relevant local and international standards,
- Provides for the regular monitoring, measuring and analysis of the effectiveness of its activities in order to improve the Company's health, safety, quality and environmental performance and,
- Facilitates its evaluation for continuing sustainability and adequacy while recognizing opportunities for improvement.
